About Our Privacy Policy
Electrify24 cares deeply about your privacy. We process only the data necessary to (improve) our services and handle the information we collect about you and your use of our services with care. We never share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of the Electrify24 website and the services provided through it. Its effective date is June 1, 2025. Any prior versions are superseded upon publication of a new version. This policy explains which personal data we collect, how we use it, with whom and under which conditions it may be shared, how we store and protect it, and what rights you have regarding the personal data you provide.

Data Processing
Below you can read how we process your data, where it is stored, what security measures are in place, and who can access it.
Web Hosting — Strato
We use Strato for web hosting and email services. Strato processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. They may collect metadata on service usage, which is not personal data. Strato implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your data and is contractually bound by confidentiality.
Email and Mailing Lists — Strato & MailPoet
We use Strato for regular business email communications. Strato protects our email system from misuse, loss, or corruption and has no access to our mailboxes.
We also use MailPoet to send newsletters, abandoned cart reminders, and other marketing communications. MailPoet processes personal data on our behalf and applies adequate security measures. Your email address and relevant data are used exclusively for these communications and are never shared with third parties without your consent. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
Payment Processors — WooCommerce Payments (Stripe)
We process payments in our web shop via WooCommerce Payments, powered by Stripe Inc. Stripe processes personal data such as your name, address, city, payment details (e.g. bank or credit card information).
Electrify24 implements appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal data. Your data is used only to process payments and to improve our services. Where necessary, we may share anonymized data within legal privacy limits. In cases of deferred payments or credit facilities, personal and financial information may be shared with credit assessment providers. All protections also apply to third parties like Stripe.
Your data is retained no longer than legally permitted.

Shipping & Logistics — PostNL & DHL
When you place an order, we are responsible for delivering your package. We share your name, address, and city with PostNL and DHL for delivery purposes only. They use your data solely for fulfilling the contract and may pass it to their subcontractors.
Billing & Accounting — DigiBoox
For accounting and bookkeeping purposes, we use DigiBoox. We share your name, address, and order details for invoicing. Your personal data is transmitted and stored securely. DigiBoox is bound by confidentiality and does not use your data for other purposes.
Purpose of Data Processing
We use your data exclusively to provide our services, directly connected with your order or request. We do not use your data for targeted marketing. Any further contact not initiated by you requires your explicit consent. We share data with third parties only to fulfill legal or administrative obligations, and they are contractually or legally bound to confidentiality.
Automatically collected data (e.g. IP address, browser, operating system) is used to improve our services and is not considered personal data.
Compliance with Legal Authorities
In certain cases, Electrify24 may be legally required to share data with governmental authorities for fiscal or criminal investigations. We will challenge such requests where legally permissible.
Retention Periods
We retain your data as long as you are a client or use our services. This includes keeping your customer profile until you inform us that you no longer wish to receive our services. We will also treat that request as a deletion request. Generally, data is not kept longer than two years after the last transaction or contact, unless a legal requirement dictates otherwise. Accounting records are stored for the legally required duration. After client termination, staff no longer have access to client profiles or related documents.
Your Rights
Under Dutch and EU law, you have the right to:
- Access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object, and data portability regarding your personal data.
Requests are processed within 30 days. We will send copies to your registered email. If you request delivery to a different email or via mail, identity verification may be required. We keep records of requests, and deletion requests are anonymized. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to monitor and report on how visitors use the site. Google may be legally required to provide access to this data but is prohibited from using it for other Google services. Use of third-party cookies is detailed elsewhere in this privacy policy.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. The most current version is always available on this page. If changes affect previously processed data, we will notify you by email.
